It was like pulling a tooth to get my emails answered, a firm quote, and prompt feedback. Thinking I had the right company for several projects that required Custom WP Themes, I wasted about a week when I found out after all they couldn't do it. And that's after sending several emails that finally CustomTheme took the time to answered. Their lack of a quick response left me and my client in a bind. they may be good, but not this time.
